I made the rhinoviruses C15 and A16 rotate and revolve in Unity!
Apparently rhinoviruses are common cold viruses. I learned about them from the doctor who commissioned the project. I don’t know the details. Up until now, I’ve only been involved in radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging, so this is my first time in the world of medicine. It felt like a sneak peek into the world of medicine. I converted the protein structure data and added color and movement using Unity, a software famous for game software development!
The actual delivery this time was data for Sony’s 3D reproduction display, so the finished product turned out even cooler.
I’d like to work in the world of medicine in the future.
